Most people have an inner voice and it’s almost always chattering away narrating their life. Sound relatable?

Here’s the thing…

If you’re not careful you might be ruining your life and you don’t even know it. If you want to change that it’s WAY easier than you think.

All you need to do is become aware of the imaginary conversations you’re having and how they’re affecting your emotions. It’s really easy to imagine a conversation with someone and how it may go and if you’re not careful, imagining that conversation can actually affect your mood and how you are on the outside.

The trick is to listen to your conversations and ask yourself one question:

“Is this helping me or hurting me?”

Remember. It’s YOUR imagination. It’s only a test!

You are test driving scenario’s in a hypothetical world made up in your mind. IT’S NOT REAL!

If you understand this basic principle you can take the control back and move those inner conversations in a more serving way to bring you what you want in life.
